Tip of the month to increase your home value
Is your AC unit ready for winter? When was the last time you replace the air filters? When was the last time you did an AC maintenance?
Replace the air filters every 3 months: November 1st would be a good time to replace the air filters so you are ready for winter
Schedule a maintenance visit: If you don’t have an AC person, I can recommend you some.
Set your AC schedule for winter: Test that your system is working efficiently and set the schedule for winter.
