Tip of the month to increase your home value
Does your home have galvanized pipes? Updating your galvanized pipes with PEX will increase your home value.
Galvanized pipes can rust and burst in cold weather:
PEX pipes are easy to repair and to identify hot vs cold water
Replacing the pipes can cost $10-20K but will increase the resale value by $15-30K
